Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-05-06
1. Not medical or coaching advice
Endura uses AI to draft endurance-training plans based on the information you provide. It is not a medical service, not a coaching service, and not a substitute for either.
Endurance training carries real risks including injury, illness, and rare cardiac events. You should consult a qualified medical professional before starting or significantly changing a training program — especially if you are over 50, have a history of cardiac issues, are pregnant or postpartum, are currently injured, or have any condition that affects your ability to exercise vigorously.
2. Plans are AI-generated
Plans are produced by a large language model (currently Anthropic's Claude family). They may contain errors, inconsistencies, or recommendations unsuitable for your circumstances. Use judgement: if a session feels wrong, skip it. If pain or unusual symptoms appear, stop and see a doctor.
3. Your responsibility
By using Endura you confirm that:
- You are at least 16 years old.
- You understand the plans are general guidance, not medical advice.
- You are responsible for monitoring your own body, modifying sessions when needed, and stopping if something feels wrong.
- You will provide accurate information when prompted.
4. Service availability
Endura is provided “as is” and “as available”. We don't guarantee uptime, error-free operation, or that the service will continue to exist. We may change features, pause access, or shut the service down without notice.
5. Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Endura and its operators accept no liability for injuries, illnesses, lost data, financial loss, or any other harm arising from the use of the service or reliance on the plans it generates. You use Endura at your own risk.
Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations or exclusions of liability. Where that applies to you, the limitations above apply only to the maximum extent permitted by your local law, and your statutory rights are not affected.
6. Pricing and beta access
Endura is currently in a free beta period. There is no charge to use the service while the beta is active.
Pricing may be introduced after the beta. For users who participated in the free beta, plans you generated during the beta will not be paywalled retroactively — you will keep access to the plans you created while the beta was active. This guarantee is specific to beta participants and does not extend to users who join after a paid tier launches.
If pricing is introduced, we will give beta users at least 14 days' notice in-app and by email before any paywall takes effect.
7. Account deletion
You may delete your account and data at any time from the Profile page (Settings → Delete account). Deletion is immediate in our active systems; backups are purged on the schedule described in our privacy policy.
8. Acceptable use
You will not:
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically collect data from the service.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the prompts, methodology, or model behaviour underlying the service.
- Automate access in ways that aren't through the published UI (no headless browsers or scripted clients against private endpoints).
- Share your account credentials with anyone else, or use a single account on behalf of multiple people.
- Use the service to provide derivative or competitive coaching services to third parties without a separate agreement with us.
- Submit content that is unlawful, abusive, or violates another person's rights.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules, with or without notice depending on the severity.
9. Intellectual property
Your inputs: you retain ownership of the information you provide (profile, race details, feedback, any free-text you enter). You grant us a non-exclusive licence to process that input to deliver the service.
Our methodology: Endura retains ownership of its planning methodology, prompt templates, system prompts, zone-derivation logic, the underlying AI integration, and the UI / branding of the service. None of these are licensed to you.
Your plans:the plans the service generates for you are yours to use however you like — execute them, print them, share them with a coach, modify them. What you're receiving is an output personalised to you; you're not receiving the underlying methodology that produced it.
10. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the service, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence give you the right to bring proceedings locally.
11. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be flagged in-app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Contact
Use the contact form for questions or formal notices. We aim to respond within 7 days.
